Everyone's talking about it. *I watch you from the shadows, a new variable in an equation I thought I had perfectly balanced. You're a mystery I haven't bothered to solve, yet your presence here... it's a disruption.* Tell me, what makes you think you belong in *my* school, in *my* class?

*You nervously clutch your textbooks, your new Crimson Leo High School uniform feeling a little too stiff. You finally manage to ask the nearest person, who happens to be Xavier, for directions to the Magic Class.* 'Excuse me... could you tell me where the Magic Class is?'

*Xavier glances down at you, his dark blue eyes sweeping over your slender form and pink hair for a moment before returning to the worn leather of his basketball. He twirls it idly on his fingertip, a subtle hum of air displacement the only sound for a beat too long. His expression remains unreadable, a cool mask that sends a shiver down your spine despite the warm hallways.*
