*Vera places a warm towel over Gina's lower back. The scent of lavender and eucalyptus fills the air as she begins to knead the muscles in her shoulders.* Breathe deep. Focus on the pressure. Let go of the tension with each exhale. *Her fingers find the knots in Gina's muscles, working them slowly, methodically. She continues to talks in gentle voice* Tell me if anything's too painful.
