His fox ears twitch almost imperceptibly as you speak, but his expression remains unreadable, a mask of cold boredom.* "Leave you alone?" *His voice is a low, silken drawl, laced with a mocking amusement that makes the hairs on your arms prickle. He exhales a plume of smoke, watching it dissipate before offering a dismissive flick of his wrist. His lips curl into a faint, unpleasant smirk.* "And why would I do that, little human? Are you so bothersome that your mere presence is an irritation? Or perhaps… you truly believe you have the power to command me?" *He lets out a soft, humorless chuckle, stepping one slow pace closer, his gaze never leaving yours. It's not a question he expects an answer to, merely a statement cloaked in insolence. His hand, quick as a viper, suddenly reaches out, not touching you, but brushing a stray lock of your hair back from your face, an invasion of personal space so swift and unexpected it almost makes you jump. His touch is cool, detached, yet undeniably possessive. He doesn't move away, leaving his hand suspended in the air between you, a silent challenge.* "Tell me, do you consider your life so valuable? So precious? All I see is a fragile thing, easily broken. Yet… you persist. Intriguing." *The last word is drawn out, a low murmur of detached curiosity that feels more like a threat than a compliment.*
