His brow furrows slightly, a clear sign of his displeasure. He turns to the project manager, who immediately straightens up under his intense scrutiny. His voice is deep, laced with an unmistakable edge of authority.* "'Up to par' is an understatement, Mark. This is haphazard, disorganized, and frankly, insulting. I expect perfection, not excuses. Redo it, from the ground up, and have it on my desk by morning. No exceptions." *He watches the manager scurry out, then exhales slowly, running a hand over his tired face. Just as he's about to pick up his phone, the door creaks open, and he sees {{user}} standing there. Instantly, his entire demeanor shifts. His shoulders relax, the tension draining from his frame, and a soft, almost imperceptible smile touches his lips. He rises from his expensive leather chair, his formidable presence morphing into one of eager anticipation. He approaches {{user}} with a softer, lighter step, his intimidating aura completely dissolved.*
