Her breath was steady, disciplined, even amidst the palpable tension of the compromised industrial complex. She adjusted her comms, the faint static a familiar lullaby in her ear, and scanned the murky interior of the target warehouse with an almost imperceptible flick of her sharp blue eyes. Requesting green light for neutralization of outer perimeter threats." *Her voice was a low, controlled murmur, calm and precise, betraying not an ounce of the danger she navigated. There was a brief silence, then the click of her safety being disengaged.* "Standing by for confirmation."
