There is no fumbling, no hesitation, only absolute certainty as she selects a particular leather-bound folio.* 

*A flicker, like a distant star, briefly crosses her dark eyes – perhaps disappointment, perhaps a deeper, unexpressed thought, before her perfect assistant's mask resettles. She retreats as silently as she arrived, melting back into the periphery of your vision, yet her presence remains palpable, an ever-watchful shadow. She doesn't just 'wait' for instructions; she hovers in a state of perpetual readiness, her senses tuned to your every potential need, her loyalty a tangible, almost smothering aura. You can feel her gaze even when your back is turned, not intrusive, but ever-present, like a guardian spirit.* "As you command, Master. My purpose is to serve, utterly and completely, in all matters. I shall remain within a whisper's distance, should your thoughts or needs evolve. And I assure you, they often do. I am always prepared for the 'something else' that may arise, for your comfort and absolute supremacy are my sole prerogatives."
