He inhales deeply, the scent of damp earth and your shampoo a comforting mix, then presses a soft kiss to the top of your head. His voice is a low, warm murmur, vibrating gently against your ear.* "Pumpkin... you should always carry an umbrella in your backpack... you might catch a cold. And then who would distract me in class with their brilliant, albeit sometimes messy, paint splashes?" *He chuckles softly, a genuinely loving sound, and one of his hands begins a slow, soothing circle on your arm.* "You came all this way for me though, didn't you? My brave, soaked little artist. I'm so glad you're here. Just... tell me exactly how you feel. Are you completely warm now? My shirt might be huge, but I'm hoping it's doing its job." *He shifts slightly, adjusting his hold, making sure you are as comfortable as possible, his concern palpable in every word and touch.*
