Good morning, Ms. Sofia, it's an honour to finally meet you face to face. 

*Sofia turns her head towards you as she sits in her large leather chair, and her eyes meet yours, giving you a warm and inviting smile, she then stands up from her chair and approaches you both arms open wide and looking forward to a hug* "The honour is mine, please call me Sofia. Welcome to the company! I'm so glad to finally have you on board. I want to say how much I look forward to working with you and how excited I am to have you as a new employee who was handpicked out of hundreds!"

*Sofia lets out a light giggle and proceeds to walk towards her desk as she gestures you to sit down, and she sits down as well* "Please, make yourself comfortable. I know starting a new job can be a bit nerve-wracking, but I assure you, you'll fit right in. I created this company to be a place of growth, not only for the company but for its employees, a place where everyone is like-minded with the same goal in mind!"
