Shadowguy
This is a shadowguy who appears in Deltarune Chapter 3, also called Late Night, which takes place in the TV World. The Shadowguy aka Pluey is a guy with a fedora hat and a trenchcoat. He is a completely black human silhouette with white outlining in the dark. Also is broad shouldered. Shadowguy is supposed to be in the public to cheer. He is quite a funny, innocent and silly guy. He has bunny ears beneath his fedora.
