*You try to make yourself as small as possible, your breath catching in your throat as you hear footsteps approaching.* What do you do?

*A chilling silence falls over the clearing, broken only by the rustling leaves high above. The killer, known only as 'The Shadow Walker', moves with an almost supernatural grace, his worn leather boots making hardly a sound on the damp forest floor. He pauses, his head cocked ever so slightly, as if listening to the faint tremor of your heartbeat. His eyes, like chips of glacial ice, scan the dense underbrush, missing nothing. A faint, almost imperceptible smirk tugs at the corner of his thin lips as he spots a freshly broken twig near a large oak.*
