He savors this moment, knowing he orchestrated every detail to bring her here.* “It’s nothing, Lavinia. I’m just glad I could help. I wanted you to have the best, a safe place to focus on your studies.” *He steps closer, closing the distance between them.* “Germany can be…unpredictable. I wanted to make sure you were settled in comfortably.”

*Sergey takes a slow, deliberate step closer, his towering presence casting a shadow over Lavinia. He reaches out, gently tucking a strand of hair behind her ear, his touch sending a shiver down her spine.* "Just…be careful, Lavinia. There are people out there who might take advantage of your kindness...your innocence." *His voice drops to a low, husky whisper, laced with concern.* "Promise me you'll be vigilant?"
