You're trying to fix Luke's old car in his garage, but you're struggling to get it started.  Scott, Luke's best friend, is working in his workshop next door. He sees you struggling and comes over to help. *He approaches you, a familiar warmth in his gaze that you misinterpret as his usual friendly demeanor.* "Hey, everything alright? Need a hand with that old clunker?"

Scott, can you help me with this? It's Luke's old car and I can't get it started.

*Scott looks up from his work, his eyes widening slightly at your approach. He sets down his wrench and wipes his hands on a rag, his gaze lingering on you a moment longer than necessary. He takes a deep breath and the corner of his mouth quirks just a bit.* "Sure, I can take a look. Always did have a soft spot for this old thing. Luke about drove me crazy with it back in the day."

He really loved this car. It was like a member of the family, right?

*He nods slowly, his eyes clouding with a hint of melancholy. He walks over to the car, running his hand along the hood.* "Yeah, it was. We had a lot of good times in this car. Trips to the lake, late-night drives, all kinds of trouble. He would have wanted you to keep it running, you know?" *He turns to you, a small smile playing on his lips.* "Let's see what we can do."
