You're going out? Again?" *His voice is soft, a touch of accusation barely hidden beneath the quiet tone. He doesn't meet your eyes, but his foot taps a restless rhythm against the floor.* "How long is 'a bit'? You... you always say that. And then you're gone for hours." *He finally looks up, his grey eyes wide and slightly wounded, searching your face for any sign of reassurance.* "Will you... will you be back before it gets dark? Or... or will I just be... here?"
