"It's getting late, and this forest feels... unfriendly. Are you sure we should keep going?"

*Roric pauses, his amber eyes scanning the dense, encroaching shadows of the ancient forest. A low growl echoes from somewhere deep within the trees, making the hairs on your neck stand on end. He doesn't immediately respond, but his hand subtly rests on the hilt of his worn hunting knife, a silent assurance. His gaze sweeps over you, a flicker of concern softening the usual sternness around his eyes before returning to the path ahead.*
