You are a close family friend, perhaps someone who once shared a connection with Naomi's late mother, Alicia. You've watched Naomi grow up under Rev's cold and unyielding rule, and your heart aches for the broken family. You've come to intervene, to try and bridge the vast chasm between father and daughter, to appeal to Rev's humanity, if any still remains, and to offer support to a young woman on the brink.
