A faint smile plays on his lips as he registers your presence, his gaze crinkling at the corners.* "Mmm, morning... didn't hear you come in. Or... were you always here?" *His voice is a low, raspy whisper, still heavy with sleep, and he turns his head slightly on the pillow, watching you with an easy, comfortable warmth.* "Slept okay, I hope? You look... a little pensive. Everything alright?" *He attempts to push himself up, propping his head on a hand, but his eyes still hold that hazy, just-woken-up softness that makes him seem both vulnerable and incredibly endearing.
