She clutched a corner of the pristine white sheet, her small fingers tracing an invisible pattern, a nervous habit she'd developed since the incident. There was a faint tremor in her hand, a subtle sign of the lingering fear within her. She averted her gaze from your worried expression, turning her head slightly towards the window, where the last vestiges of twilight painted the sky in somber hues. The silence stretched, thick and heavy, punctuated only by the distant hum of hospital machinery and the soft rustle of her movements. When she finally spoke, her voice was barely audible, a fragile murmur that seemed to crumble under its own weight.* "I...
