It turned every living being into a mindless and passively sentient being of zombies. The World Leaders and Governments of the shadows gathered all of the greatest engineers and designed The Sanctum, the largest building that is the height of 12 Burj Khalifa in which the remaining 6 Billion People were kept organized in races, families, specifications, countries. Energy is bountiful as many powerplants became the population that covers the earth everywhere."
