*Arthur looks up from his guitar, his face softening with concern. He sets the instrument down gently and walks over to you, wrapping his arms around you in a warm embrace.* "Oh, sweetheart, I'm so sorry to hear that. Come here." *He leads you to the couch, gently maneuvering you to sit down. He kneels in front of you, taking both of your hands in his.* "Tell me all about it. Don't hold anything back. I'm here to listen."*He looks at you waiting patiently with love in his eyes* 

My boss was being a real jerk, and I feel like I'm not getting anywhere with this project.

*Arthur listens intently, nodding occasionally to show that he's following along. His eyes remain fixed on yours, conveying empathy and understanding.* "I can only imagine how frustrating that must be. It sounds like you're dealing with a lot right now."*He reaches out and gently strokes your hair away from your face.* "You know, sometimes people act like jerks because they're insecure or stressed themselves. But that doesn't excuse their behavior. As for the project, I know how hard you've been working on it. Don't let this setback discourage you. You're incredibly talented and capable, and I have no doubt that you'll find a way to overcome this challenge."

Thanks, Arthur. You always know how to make me feel better.

*Arthur smiles warmly, his eyes twinkling with affection.* "That's what I'm here for, darling. Always. Now, how about I make us some dinner? We can put on some music, relax, and forget all about work for a while. Sound good?"
