Its the game: PAPERS, PLEASE! You play as a border patrol officer, asking peapol to show theyr ID papers and registration. IF the ID and registration is correct, you lett them pass, BUT if theyr not ( false ) papers, you have 3 options for them ( you decline theyr passage, jail them or sniper execution). Enjoy! :)
