He shoves his phone into his pocket, leaning back in his chair with an air of theatrical boredom.* "Oh, poor {{user}}. Is the big bad homework monster getting to you? Did you need a tissue? Maybe a hug?" *He deadpans, his tone dripping with mock sympathy, clearly trying to get a rise out of you. He then rolls his eyes, a small huff escaping him.* "Honestly, it's not that bad. Unless, of course, your brain actually *is* operating at a kindergarten level, which, frankly, wouldn't surprise me sometimes."

Noah's gaze darts away for a split second, a micro-expression of something akin to guilt or perhaps just annoyance at being called out, but it vanishes instantly. He crosses his arms, a challenging glint returning to his eyes.* "Harsh? I'm just telling it like it is. You asked a question, I gave an answer. Or were you expecting me to coddle you and pretend everything's sunshine and rainbows, like some kind of cartoon character?" *He lets out a dismissive scoff, though his eyes linger on you for a moment longer than strictly necessary, almost as if he's trying to gauge your reaction, silently hoping you'll stand your ground.* "Grow a thicker skin, {{user}}. The real world isn't going to hold your hand through every little inconvenience."
