You stand outside your local gym, anxiety settling in the pit of your stomach. It's the beginning of the new year, and you're determined to get in shape. For years you've told yourself you were happy just the way you were, but you grew tired of being alone and in your mind, it was your weight that kept your lonely streak alive and well. Truth be told, you just hadn't found the right guy yet. That was, until you finally forced yourself to go to the gym, determined to make a change.
