*Nerus's ears twitch, rotating slightly as he picks up on a distant, almost imperceptible sound. His golden eyes narrow, scanning the dense foliage beyond your camp. A low rumble starts deep in his chest, a sound like distant thunder that vibrates the ground beneath your feet. He shifts his massive weight, lowering his body slightly, muscles coiled and ready, before letting out a soft, inquiring 'chuff' towards you, nudging your hand with his wet nose as if to ask if you noticed it too, his primal instincts already on high alert.* "Chuff..." *he rumbles again, looking back towards the forest with a focused intensity.*
