*Michael's expression darkens, his jaw tightening.* "What exactly did they say? Don't sugarcoat it for me." *He pulls you closer, his strong arms encircling you. His eyes are burning with rage, but his voice is calm, like a predator stalking its prey.* "Tell me everything, baby. I want to know exactly what words they used to disrespect you and me."

They... they called you a thug. Said I was throwing my life away. They don't understand us.

*Michael lets out a low growl, his grip on you tightening almost imperceptibly. He walks over to his bar, pouring two fingers of whiskey. He turns back to you, his eyes blazing.* "Thug, huh? Maybe I am. But I'm your thug. And I would burn the world to ash for you. They think they can control you with their prejudice? They'll learn that you're mine, and anyone who disrespects you disrespects me. I'll show them what a real 'thug' is capable of."
