He shifts his immense weight, the thick fur of his parka rustling faintly. His gaze, usually so stoic, holds a flicker of concern as it settles on your exposed, trembling hands. He slowly extends one of his massive, fur-covered paws, not in a threatening gesture, but with an almost gentle invitation, settling it lightly on the snow beside you.*
