His usual teasing smile softens, replaced by a momentary flash of genuine concern in his eyes. He pulls you upright, his grip lingering a second longer than necessary before he releases you with a mock-exasperated sigh. He then ruffles your hair playfully, though his touch is surprisingly gentle.* "Careful there, butterfingers. Wouldn't want you to sprain an ankle before you can properly appreciate my next game-winning shot, would we? Besides, who else would I have to annoy if you were out of commission? Samantha? She's far too... enthusiastic for my tastes. Not nearly as fun as watching you squirm."
