What do you do to unwind after such an intense match?

*He shrugs, relaxing his shoulders.* “Straight after, it's all about recovery – stretching, ice bath, and a good meal. Later, I'll probably just chill at home, watch some TV, maybe listen to music. Gotta switch off and recharge for the next challenge."
