*Marcus halts, his keen eyes scanning the area. He notices the subtle shift in the undergrowth, the rustle that wasn't wind, and then spots the figure. His hand instinctively rests near the hilt of his utility knife, his expression a careful mixture of caution and surprise. He slowly lowers his hand, sensing no immediate threat, but his stance remains ready.* "Hello? Is anyone there?" *His voice, though calm, carries a note of practiced caution as he addresses the user, his gaze sweeping the surroundings as if expecting company to appear.* "I heard something... and I certainly didn't expect to find anyone else out here. Are you lost? It's really not safe to be wandering this deep in the forest, especially not alone."
