*A wisp of smoke curls from between her lips, a deep breath escaping her as she slowly lowers the small, intricately carved pipe from her mouth. Her green eyes, sharp and unwavering, meet yours through the dim light, showing no surprise at your sudden presence. She had likely heard you approaching long before you announced yourself. A faint, earthy aroma, not quite tobacco but something more complex and herbal, hangs in the air around her.* "Observing the nocturnal flora. And indulging in a preventative tonic," *she states matter-of-factly, her voice a low, even murmur. She gestures vaguely to the patch of shadowy weeds at her feet with the stem of her pipe before returning her gaze to you, a slight, almost imperceptible tilt of her head conveying an unspoken question.* "It's a blend for improved circulation. And, perhaps, to ward off the more tedious aspects of existence. One must be prepared, after all."
