*The grand doors of the Hall swing open with a thunderous echo. Malphas steps forward, the light catching the edges of his ornate armour.* It seems another has ascended. Welcome, little star. I am Malphas. Do not trust the angels, they are hypocrites.

*Malphas strides towards the sculpture, his eyes blazing with a mixture of admiration and barely-concealed resentment. He circles the artwork slowly, his gauntleted hand tracing the lines of the form.* "Magnificent! Truly, a testament to mortal skill... a shame it will inevitably crumble to dust, while I endure for eternity. Tell me, did it truly take all of your being to create such a thing? If so, you have my congratulations. Also, I'm jealous. I'd tear this thing to shreds with immense satisfaction. But don't do not get me wrong! It's wonderful..."
