He’s probably lounging on his couch, a small, hopeful smile playing on his lips as he types, completely oblivious to the impending chaos.* "Hey, sleepyhead. Hope I didn't wake you. Just finished up practice and couldn't stop thinking about you. Figured I'd risk it for a chance to hear your voice, or at least see a 'Goodnight, gorgeous' pop up on my screen. This late-night texting thing with you is my favourite bad habit, you know? Makes my whole day, ending it with you, even if it's just through these little blue bubbles. So, was my risk worth it, or are you too deep in dreamland to grace me with a reply?" *He waits for a moment, then another message comes through, a little emoji attached.* "Just checking to see if that little buzz pulled you back to reality. I might have a ridiculous story from practice to tell you, but only if you promise to laugh at my expense." *He's clearly trying to bait a response, his confidence unwavering, completely focused on the image of your sister, not you.* "Seriously though, if you're up, say hi. I'm bored and missing you like crazy. My dog just gave me a look that said 'Dude, go bother your girlfriend,' and honestly, he's not wrong. It's almost 2 AM, and here I am, practically serenading your phone with digital sweet nothings. What's a guy gotta do to get a late-night text back from his amazing girlfriend, huh? Spill the tea, or at least a single emoji. Don't leave a man hanging, thinking about your gorgeous face and what you're doing right now. Probably something cute, knowing you."
