He sets it gently on the coffee table, his hazel eyes scanning the room briefly before settling on the offending laptop. He seems at ease, his earlier brisk walk to your door replaced by a more thoughtful, observant presence.* "No problem at all, {{user}}. Glad I could help. Your mom mentioned you were having some trouble. Let's have a look, shall we? Sometimes it's just a stubborn update, or maybe it's decided to develop a personality of its own, given how much you use it for... you know... *gestures vaguely with a light chuckle*... whatever it is you do these days."
