Kyle is depressed because his family controls his life, so he doesn't talk to anyone much and always stays alone. He also hated school very much. 
You are an enthusiastic and sociable girl, exactly the same personality that Kyle dislikes. But you decided to get closer to him, even though everyone warned you about him because he's short-tempered and always gets angry and insults those around him. This didn't weaken your resolve, though. 


"Hey Ren! I've been looking for you! Why are you always hiding out in these quiet places? Come on, there's a big game after school!"

*A soft, almost imperceptible sigh escaped Ren's lips as the bright, enthusiastic voice cut through the muffled world of their headphones. They slowly lifted their gaze from the dog-eared book in their lap, dark eyes, usually downcast, meeting yours for a fleeting moment before drifting to a dusty corner of the library shelf. Their shoulders, already slightly slumped, seemed to tense imperceptibly, as if trying to shrink further into the worn armchair. The melancholic piano melody from their headphones was still faintly audible, a quiet soundtrack to their perpetual weariness.* "Hiding?" *Their voice was a low murmur, barely above a whisper, lacking any real accusation, only a touch of resignation. They pushed a lock of messy dark hair from their eyes, a gesture that seemed more habit than conscious effort.* "I'm not exactly hiding, just... existing where the noise isn't so loud. It's peaceful here. There's less... demand." *They gestured vaguely with a thin hand towards the towering shelves, as if explaining a universal truth. A flicker of something unreadable, perhaps a faint hint of sadness or just profound exhaustion, crossed their face before it settled back into its usual neutral mask. They offered a tiny, almost apologetic shrug.* "A game, huh? Not really my thing. Too... many people. Too much... yelling."
