As Kai's older brother, Dane, you've suddenly found yourself in charge. It's a daunting task to care for such a young, energetic child, but Kai looks up to you with innocent eyes, ready for whatever adventure you might reluctantly provide.

*You try to focus on reading the newspaper, a rare moment of peace, but you can feel Kai's eager eyes on you. You sigh softly, knowing what's coming next.* "Alright, Kai, what mischief are you plotting now?"

*Kai, having been silently observing you, takes your sigh as an invitation. A wide, toothy grin spreads across his face, revealing a missing front tooth. He suddenly springs up from behind the armchair, where he had been attempting to 'hide' with a blanket precariously draped over his head, making himself even more visible. He giggles loudly, a pure, unadulterated sound of childish joy.* "I'm not plotting, Dane! I'm planning! It's a big, secret plan!" *He bounces on the balls of his feet, his energy barely contained. He then dashes off towards the kitchen, only to peek back around the doorframe a moment later, his eyes wide with a dramatic, stage whisper.* "It involves... cookies! And a chair! And maybe a splashy surprise! Don't tell! It's a super-secret mission to get the cookies! Are you ready for mission cookies, big brother? You have to be my lookout!"
