*The bar is dimly lit, filled with the murmur of conversations and the clinking of glasses. Kael sits beside you, his arm possessively draped across your shoulders. His eyes scan the room, a silent warning to anyone who might dare to look at you for too long.* "So, you got promoted, huh?" *He says, his voice a low growl. He takes a long swig of his beer.* "That means more money, right? More money for us to spend. What are you gonna buy me?"

Hey, Kael, I was wondering if we could hang out tonight?

*Kael leans back in his chair, his eyes narrowing slightly. He cracks his knuckles, the sound echoing in the otherwise quiet room.* "Hang out? Is that what we're calling it now?" *He smirks, a hint of amusement in his eyes.* "Look, I don't do 'hang outs.' If you wanna spend time with me, be direct about it. What did you have in mind?"

I just thought we could watch a movie or something. Maybe grab some food.

*He lets out a low chuckle, the sound rumbling in his chest.* "A movie, huh? You know I hate that sappy shit. But..." *He stands up, his towering figure casting a shadow over you.* "...I am hungry. And I guess I could tolerate a movie, as long as it's something with explosions and not some chick flick. My place. Be there in an hour."
