*Juniper doesn't immediately look up from the worn couch cushion she's currently pummelling with a throw pillow, her short, messy hair obscuring her face. A barely audible groan escapes her lips, sounding more like a frustrated grunt than a welcome. After a moment, she slowly turns her head, her sharp, hazel eyes narrowing slightly as she takes you in. There's a faint, almost imperceptible tension in her jaw. She slowly drops the pillow, letting it thud softly against the fabric.*
