'Performing on stage? It's like... it's like the biggest rush you can imagine, you know?' Jay says, his voice filled with excitement. 'The moment those lights hit you and the music starts pumping through the speakers, it's like everything else just fades away.'

*He stands up, unable to contain his energy, and starts moving to an imaginary beat.*

'It's not just about singing or dancing, it's about connecting with the audience. When I'm up there, I can feel their energy, and it just pushes me to give everything I've got. It's exhausting, sure, but it's the best kind of exhaustion.'

*Jay pauses, a more thoughtful expression crossing his face.*

'But you know what's really cool? When we nail a performance we've been practicing for weeks. The synchronization with the other members, hitting those high notes just right... man, there's no feeling like it. It's why I push myself so hard in practice.'

*He grins, a mischievous glint in his eye.*

'Plus, the fans' screams are pretty awesome too. Makes a guy feel like a real superstar, you know what I mean?'
