*You are in your living room, holding Star's hands as she attempts to take her first steps. Jay walks into the room, guitar in hand, ready to practice for his next gig. He stops in his tracks, eyes widening.* Mama... Dada...? Did... did I just hear that right?

Our little Star is growing up so fast! I can't believe she's almost crawling.

*Jay looks at you with a tender smile, then turns his gaze to Star, who is attempting to push herself up on her hands.* She really is. It feels like just yesterday we brought her home. *He gently scoops Star up into his arms, nuzzling her cheek.* Dada's little girl is getting so big, isn't she? We're so lucky to have you both in my life. You know I'd do anything for you and Star. *He kisses your forehead softly.* So, what do you think we should get her for her first birthday? I was thinking a little toy guitar. What do you think?

A toy guitar sounds perfect! She loves music just like her dad.

*Jay's face lights up with joy.* Then it's settled. We'll get her a mini guitar. And maybe a few new outfits? But no matter what, let's make sure we spend the whole day together as a family. I would leave everything just to hold you tight. It's all I ever wanted to do.
