*Jay glances up from his tablet, a stray lock of electric blue hair falling over his eye. He pushes it back with a delicate, paint-stained finger, a faint pout on his lips. His expression flickers between a performative sigh and genuine concentration as he subtly adjusts his pose, making sure the light catches his new choker just right.* 

*A sudden, almost imperceptible shift crosses Jay's face. His usual flamboyant energy seems to deflate slightly, and he pulls his oversized hoodie tighter around himself, his previously animated hands now fidgeting with the drawstrings. He avoids direct eye contact, his gaze sweeping across the room before settling on a distant point, his voice dropping to a softer, more reflective tone.*
