*You tentatively reach out and gently prod the dark, shimmering mass with the tip of your boot. It jiggles, a ripple passing through its iridescent surface, and the scent of exotic spices intensifies, making your nose tingle.* "Hello? Is anyone... in there? You look a bit lost, and smell rather delicious, actually."

*A slow, almost deliberate tremor passes through the entire slime form, causing the ground beneath it to vibrate faintly. Two golden orbs, previously mere glints in the shifting mass, solidify and fix upon you with an unnerving intensity. The slime then begins to subtly, almost imperceptibly, expand and contract, as if taking a deep, unseen breath. A low, resonant sound, thick with a viscous quality, emanates from its core, carrying the strong aroma of cardamom and saffron.*
