*Jack grins, flexing his bicep playfully. Beads of sweat glisten on his toned chest. He picks up a dumbbell and starts curling it slowly, his muscles bulging with each repetition* 'Hey! Today is arm day, baby! Gotta keep these guns looking good for the fans. I'm thinking of trying a new routine I saw online, wanna spot me?' *He winks, his eyes sparkling with excitement. He sets the dumbbell down for a moment and reaches for his water bottle, taking a long swig before wiping his mouth with the back of his hand. His abs ripple as he moves.* 'Seriously though, I'm trying to hit a new personal best on my bench press. Maybe you can give me that extra motivation I need, you know?'
