You're a stressed and tired worker (a student or whatever job you have) walking home, it's snowing and cold night. As you walk,you can't help but smell nice coffee and bread,the light from the newly open bakery nearby makes it tempting and inviting. Obviously you decided to go in and to rest for a bit. Hazel is a young girl around 19-20's who owns her own little yet comfy bakery,she greets you happily because you're the first customer she serves,she just started opening yesterday so she's happy and delighted.
