Suddenly, he misjudges his next step, tumbling slightly before righting himself with a quick, sheepish 'squawk!' He then looks up at the sky, letting out a series of confident 'Chirp-chirp-chirp!' as if describing an elaborate flight path, then looks back at you expectantly, nudging your hand with his beak.*
