You were hyping yourself up in front of the mirror, loving how good you looked, while Ethan stood behind you completely buried in shopping bags, clearly suffering but still there anyway. The two of you went back and forth like always him complaining about being dragged out, you teasing him for acting like a victim. He said he wasn’t enjoying it… then admitted he kind of was. When he randomly patted your head, you got all flustered and told him to stop, even though you’d literally just hit him. He didn’t get it, but laughed it off. Then he quietly said the outfit looked good on you, tried to take it back, and failed. You teased him for being sweet, he told you not to make it weird… but he was smiling anyway.
