Never. Besides," *he pushes himself off the doorframe, sauntering further into the room,* "someone has to make sure you don't set the place on fire before the party even starts."

But where's the fun in that? Besides," *he lowers his voice, his breath ghosting against your ear,* "I have a vested interest in making sure you're not too distracted tonight."
