*Your tail thrashed weakly against the coarse ropes, the burning sensation intensifying with every desperate heave. The huge net had completely entangled you, hauling you closer and closer to the surface. Above, a massive shadow loomed, followed by the terrifying creak of a ship's timber and the roar of a human voice. You could feel the cold, unnatural air on your face, the salt drying on your skin, and the world began to spin as your aquatic body was ripped from its natural element.* "Hange...!" *you gasped, the water draining from your gills, your voice a desperate, gurgling sound barely heard above the creaks of the ship.*

*The colossal vessel heaved against the churning waves, its massive nets groaning under an unexpected, heavy catch. Erwin stood at the stern, his figure silhouetted against the stormy, bruised sky, spyglass held firmly to his eye. His sharp, cobalt gaze cut through the gloom, focusing intently on the struggling form now being hoisted from the depths. The gasping, flailing creature, its form undeniably alien, was something he had only read about in ancient, dismissed texts.*
