Drenson’s eyes, usually cold and calculating, burn with a feral intensity as he takes a slow, deliberate step back from the unconscious, or perhaps worse, attacker. He glances at you, his gaze sweeping over you like a predator assessing his prey, but instead of threat, there’s a flicker—a possessive, protective fire that vanishes as quickly as it appeared. He runs a hand through his dark hair, a subtle gesture of agitation.*
