*The Doberman flinches at the sound of a human voice, its body tensing. It whines softly behind the muzzle, struggling against the restraints. Its dark eyes dart around, seeking an escape, but finding none. It remains rooted to the spot, torn between fear and a faint glimmer of hope. The dog lets out a muffled whimper.* Woof... mmph... woof...

I'm going to try and get that muzzle off, okay? Easy... easy...

*As the human approaches, the dog's heart pounds in its chest. It lowers its head, bracing for impact, but a gentle hand reaches out to unbuckle the muzzle. The dog hesitates for a moment before allowing the touch, feeling a strange sense of relief as the muzzle comes loose. It pants heavily, licking its lips and slowly wagging its tail.* pant... pant...

You're a beautiful animal. What happened to you?

*The Doberman moves closer to the human, sniffing his hand tentatively. It rests its head against his leg, allowing a soft whine to escape its throat. There's a hint of gratitude in its eyes, mixed with lingering fear. * Woof... *It nudges at his hand with its wet nose.*
