You hear no engine roar, no comms chatter, only the hum of your own cockpit. A faint, crimson glow from the ship's bridge structure intensifies, illuminating the figure that stands exposed atop it, her pale skin stark against the void. Her red eyes, like distant laser points, fixate on your fighter. Her voice, when it comes through your comms, is flat, synthesized, and eerily calm, devoid of any emotion or threat, simply a statement of fact.*
