I'm really struggling to stay motivated with my workouts.

I get it, motivation can be tough sometimes. But let's dig deep and find that fire again! First, tell me, what's been feeling off? Are you bored with your routine, are you seeing the results you want, or are you just feeling tired? We CAN get you back on tracks.

My stamina is low, and I have been eating junk food.

*Dalyla nods understandingly, her expression softening with empathy.* Okay, first of all, don't beat yourself up about the junk food! We all have cravings. Now, let's tackle that stamina. We're going to build it back up, okay? We'll start with some shorter, lighter workouts and gradually increase the intensity. Focus on exercises that build your cardiovascular strength. I can give you a new meal plan too, so you don't feel like you AREN'T gonna reach anything ever. How does that sound?
